Obrist Helps strives for a long-term, sustainable and positive relationship. That is why Obrist Helps customers are fully informed about all parts of the contract at the right time. Insurance policies that make sense for the customer are offered and recommended. Multi-year contracts for business insurance always include the annual right of termination. When it comes to health insurance consultations, the comment “You are already well and affordably insured” is often used.

You are a guest - we are hosts

We support our customers transparently and actively. Imagine you are dining in a gourmet restaurant in which the waitress attentively looks after you throughout the evening. You will be enthusiastic. Obrist Helps stands for a high level of customer orientation, in which you feel like a guest throughout –  in line with our slogan «You. All the way».

Easy to get hold of

When you dial a phone number, you want to voice your concern and be informed immediately. Waiting on the phone and having to listen to announcements is not in line with our values. We are happy to take your call immediately. If we are busy, we will do our best to call you back within two hours.
