What do you specialize in?
- On the one hand, we offer business insurance for SMEs with around 10 or more employees. This includes, for example, BVG, UVG, UVGZ, KTG, but also property and liability insurance or special insurance such as D&O, W&I, cyber and credit insurance. On the other hand, we support wealthy private individuals in the area of private health insurance advice and all-risk solutions for home contents insurance, art insurance, premium car insurance and aircraft insurance.

- We can be reached by phone from Monday to Saturday, from 7.30 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. Appointments by appointment

Do you charge for your expenses? / Does your service cost anything?
We are compensated by the companies with brokerage fees that are customary in the industry. However, Obrist Helps! has set a minimum compensation of CHF 1,000 per year, less the brokerage fees, provided that the effort allows for invoicing.

What do you need a broker mandate for?
A broker mandate is required to represent you with the various insurance companies.

When can a broker mandate be terminated?
A broker mandate can always be terminated immediately. If the collaboration is no longer working, you can inform us verbally, by email or letter. The policies will then be released back to the companies.

Who reports damage?
In principle, you can report the damage directly to the relevant insurance company. However, you are free to report the damage through us. This way, we can provide you with more support and, in the best case scenario, ensure that the damage is paid for.
