  • What do you specialize in?

    We specialize in business insurance for SMEs with 10 or more employees. This includes, for example, the BVG, UVG, KTG, but also property and liability insurance and fleet insurance and health insurance advice for private individuals. In addition to health insurance checks, we specialize in prenatal registrations and health insurance for "new arrivals" from abroad.

  • What are your business hours?

    We can be reached by phone from Monday to Saturday, from 7.30 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. Appointments by arrangement

  • Do you bill your expenses? / Does your service cost anything?

     No. The service is "free" for customers. We are compensated by your insurance company with brokerage fees and commissions customary in the industry.

  • What do you need a broker mandate for?

    A broker mandate is required to represent you with the various insurance companies.

  • When can a broker mandate be terminated?

    A broker mandate can always be terminated immediately. If the cooperation no longer works, you can inform us verbally, by e-mail or letter. The policies are then released back to the companies.

  • Who reports a claim?

    In principle, you can report the damage directly to the respective insurance company. However, you are free to report the damage to us. In this way we can support you more closely and, in the best case, ensure that damage is paid for.
