1. Introduction

BSC Broker Service Center GmbH and the co-agents (hereinafter referred to as the Agents)

are unaffiliated and independent insurance brokers for all insurance sectors.

The agents and co-agents as well as their employees working in customer consulting are

registered with the competent supervisory authority and thus have the legal

required approval.

2. Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to the contractual relationship between the

Agent, co-agent and client in connection with the provision of

brokerage services, consulting and related activities.

3. Scope and execution of services

The Client commissions the co-contractors in cooperation with the Commissioner as

6th Liability

The agents and co-agents are liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent.
